E-scooter Tours

The minimum age for riders on our tour is 16 years old.

Riders between the age of 16 years of age and 19 years of age must have their own insurance cover if they would like to take part in our experiences.

All riders must wear the safety equipment provided by e-movement Malta.

Our tours involve photography and videos. All riders willing to take part in our photos and video must sign a photo consent form.

Government ID or Passport must be presented when checking in.

Tours begin at 9am and 5pm sharp. There will be 30 minutes before each tour for check in and training.

Any persons that do not pass the training will not take part in the tour and a full refund will be given.

This experience requires good weather to operate. Tours will not operate in wet conditions. If a tour is cancelled due to poor weather then a full refund will be given.

A full refund will be given if a booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the start date of the experience will be charged 100%.

In the event of a no show or a late show the booking will be charged in full and will not be rescheduled.

Changes can be made to reservations up to 24hrs hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Our tours require a minimum of 2 bookings to go ahead. If a tour is cancelled due to the minimum not being met,

then we will offer to reschedule your experience or offer a full refund.

E-scooter Hire

Only 1 person is permitted per scooter.

The minimum age for riders on our tour is 16 years old.

Riders between the age of 16 years of age and 19 years of age must have their own insurance cover if they would like to take part in our experiences.

A passed theory test licence (AM) should be held by the user.

Government ID or Passport must be presented when checking in.

A refundable €50 deposit is required for our hire service.

The user is responsible for the scooter at all times and should not leave it unattended at any time.

The user shall comply with the proper traffic regulations at all times.

The user is the only person permitted to use the scooter for the duration of the hire period.

The user is not allowed to sublease the scooter.

The user must keep the scooter at least 3 meters from the sea.

The user shall assume for any and all liabilities, damage, loss of property or injury related to the rent and use of the scooter and pass €250 excess fee resulting to any claims made by a third party.

The user shall pay €600 for the loss of an electric scooter.

If water damage is caused to the motor, battery or controller of the electric scooter the user will pay a €300 replacement fee.

Loss of any parts, helmet of charge will result in €50 deposit not being refunded.

Failure to return the scooter in the same original operational condition will result in €50 deposit not being refunded.

Carrying another person on the scooter will result in €50 deposit not being refunded.
